Return & Refund Policy

At Anyi Sauna, we stand behind the quality of our wellness products. Because we ship high-ticket, oversized sauna units via specialized freight carriers, we have established the following policy to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

1. 30-Day Peace of Mind Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be in its original, uninstalled, and brand-new condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and gifts.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery (Crucial for Sauna Units)

Since saunas are large-scale shipments, please inspect the pallet and packaging upon arrival:

  • Visible Damage: If the external packaging is significantly damaged, please refuse the shipment and note "Damaged" on the Bill of Lading (BOL).

  • Concealed Damage: If you discover damage after unboxing, please contact us at anyisauna@gmail.com within 48 hours.

  • Our Guarantee: If the unit or components (such as the heater) are defective or damaged during transit, we will ship replacement parts or a brand-new unit at zero cost to you. We aim to resolve all functional issues within 3-5 business days.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 Hours (Before Shipping): As we begin palletizing and securing freight space immediately, cancellations made after 24 hours but before shipping may incur a small administrative processing fee.

  • After Shipment: Once the sauna has left our NJ or CA warehouse, cancellations are treated as "Change of Mind" returns (see below).

4. Returns Due to "Change of Mind" or "Accidental Order"

We understand plans change. If you wish to return a sauna for personal reasons:

  • The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs (initial shipping plus return freight).

  • A 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the inspection and re-palletizing of these oversized units.

  • The product must be unsealed and in its original professional packaging.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built saunas or personalized configurations.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page.

  • Used or installed products (due to health and safety regulations).

6. Refund Process

  1. Request: Email anyisauna@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the unit.

  2. RMA: Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) and the specific warehouse address (NJ or CA).

  3. Inspection: We will inspect the returned item within 3 business days of receipt.

  4. Credit: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
