Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Anyi Sauna, we are committed to delivering our high-quality wellness products with the utmost care. We operate a dual-warehouse system in New Jersey (East Coast) and California (West Coast) to optimize delivery times based on your location.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • In-Stock Products: Processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery to your door typically takes 7-10 business days.

  • Custom-Built Saunas: Our premium custom saunas are handcrafted to order.

    • Production Lead Time: Approximately 60 calendar days.

    • Transit Time: 35-40 calendar days via specialized ocean and ground freight.

    • Total estimated wait time for custom units: 95-100 days. We provide monthly status updates for all custom builds.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Delivery: We offer Free Shipping on all sauna units within the contiguous United States.

  • Freight Delivery: Due to the size and weight of our products, all saunas are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight with Liftgate service to your curbside.

3. Address Modifications

  • Changes to the shipping address must be requested within 7 days of order confirmation.

  • For sauna units already in transit or at the local terminal, any re-routing fees or additional storage charges incurred due to address changes will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Requirements (Critical)

As our products are delivered by large freight trucks:

  • Access: The delivery site must be accessible by a full-sized trailer. If a specialized smaller truck, forklift, or towing service is required due to restricted access (narrow roads, steep driveways, etc.), the customer is responsible for any additional equipment costs.

  • Presence: A recipient must be present to sign for the delivery.

5. Shipping Damage & Inspection

We reinforce every crate with extra cushioning to ensure safety. However, freight damage can occur:

  • Inspection: Please inspect the exterior of the crate before signing the delivery receipt.

  • Reporting: If any damage is found, please note "DAMAGED" on the driver
