3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
4. PRODUCT SAFETY & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Anyi Sauna specializes in high-quality sauna equipment.
Health Risk: Sauna use involves heat stress. You should consult with a physician before use, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are pregnant. Use of our products is at your own risk.
Professional Installation: Many of our units require high-voltage electrical connections. Anyi Sauna requires that all electrical installations be performed by a licensed professional electrician. We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from improper DIY installation.
5. SHIPPING & FREIGHT RESPONSIBILITY
Our products are shipped via specialized LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers from our dual-warehouse locations in California (CA) and New Jersey (NJ).
Inspection: It is the customer's legal responsibility to inspect the shipment upon arrival and note any damage on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL).
Liability: Anyi Sauna is not liable for incidental damage caused by the carrier but will assist in insurance claims provided the damage is documented upon delivery.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall Anyi Sauna, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of our products or the site.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Anyi Sauna and our subsidiaries, partners, officers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
